Pastor Frank Jacobs is the founder and overseer of The Rock
Worship Center. The Lord spoke to him about his "Promised Land" and relocated him to Charlotte, NC from Pittsburgh, PA. Following
the leading of the Holy Spirit, Pastor Jacobs arrived at The Rock Worship Center (formerly known as Westover Hills Presbyterian
Church). Excited about the work before him in West Charlotte, He is following the example of Ezekiel by calling together
"dry bones."
Pastor Jacobs was licensed as a minister in 1996. He had already held positions as trustee and deacon for three years in the Church
of God in Christ. In 1998 Pastor Jacobs was ordained as an
Elder. In 1999 Pastor Jacobs was appointed and installed as a Pastor in the Church
of God In Christ. He pastored in Western Pennsylvania for
5 years until he heard God's voice urging him to move to Charlotte, NC.
He and his wife Kimberly
have been married for 12 years and have four sons.
